Register now to join the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and Community Health Partners for Sustainability on October 15-16, 2015 at the Centre Square building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as we bring together individuals and organizations that provide compassionate care to people experiencing homelessness throughout your region. The fall regional training will offer two days of professional development and networking opportunities.
Health Care for the Homeless experts across the eastern region of the United States will offer tailored education to clinicians, administrators, consumers, and advocates of homeless health care services. Session topics will include, but are not limited to, the following accredited courses:
- Behavioral Health Integration
- Health Reform
- Medical Respite Care
- Consumer Engagement and Outreach
- Trauma Informed Leadership and Self-Care
- Coordinated Assessments
- Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
- Advocacy
The registration fee is $100, which includes a boxed lunch each day. Space is limited to the first 130 registrants.
