Whether you are a provider, advocate, administrator, or consumer, you will find information to enhance your practice and advocacy at the National HCH Council’s 2016 Fall Regional Training from September 22-23 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown in Louisville, KY.

Louisville 2016 will feature intensive workshops on critical topics in health care and homelessness: learn about proposed changes to Kentucky’s Medicaid expansion and what that means for health centers, how to train frontline staff to collect sexual orientation and gender identity data, and more!

Join us for two full days of networking and learning with nationally renowned experts, including speakers from the National LGBT Health Education Center at the Fenway Institute, as well as CME credits from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine at no additional cost. Seats are limited; don’t miss out!
