2017 National Health Care for the Homeless Conference & Policy Symposium

June 21 – 24, 2017 | Washington, D.C.

After participating in this CME activity, participants should be able to describe and discuss:

  • Unique elements of the HCH approach to patient care
  • Examples from the HCH community of efforts to maintain clinical quality, consumer participation, and interdisciplinary approaches in clinical care
  • The systemic realities of barriers to care and methods to remove those barriers at clinic and community levels

This conference is designed by HCH professionals for HCH professionals, including clinicians, support staff, administrators, board members, and consumers of HCH services. It will also be of value to others who provide health care and support services to people experiencing homelessness, as well as government officials and advocates.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council.
