This annual award honors the memory of Ellen Dailey by highlighting accomplishments that continue Ellen’s legacy of advocacy by and for people experiencing homelessness. It will be presented at the 2019 National Health Care for the Homeless Conference and Policy Symposium, May 23 – 25 in Washington D.C.
