The National Health Care for the Homeless Council held our 2018 Spring Virtual Training, “Responding to Crises,” from Feb. 28-March 8. Recent disasters have affected populations across the U.S., but they have had a particularly heavy impact on people experiencing homelessness.

Attendees learned best practices and accessed critical case studies in crisis response in our free webinar series exploring disaster preparedness, response, and trauma. These trainings highlighted the experience and resiliency of HCH programs impacted by recent disasters.

In addition to crisis response, our eight in-depth, CME-accredited webinars examined topics such as smoking in public housing, effective ways to engage shelters in health care enrollment and outreach, and more!
