Claim #HCH2019 Continuing Education Credits

Thank you for attending the 2019 National Health Care for the Homeless Conference & Policy Symposium.

Continuing Medical Education credits are available through the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Credits must be claimed online before June 25, 2019, at 5 p.m. CT.


Instructions for Claiming CMEs

    1. Be sure you have a VUMC account – if you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to create one first, here
      1. Click “Sign In” in the top left, select “Non-Vanderbilt University Medical Center” (or if you work for Vanderbilt, select “VUMC Faculty/Staff”), then select “Don’t Have an Account?” to create one
    2. Text this code 21900 to 855-776-6263 to verify your attendance
      1. If your phone is not already linked to your account, you may receive the following: “User not found in system, text your email to update cell phone number in system”, reply with the email you used for your VUMC account. It will then ask you to text the Activity Code again, this code is 21900.
      2. This is the only part of claiming credit that requires a phone. However, if you do not have a mobile phone and wish to earn credit, contact Cecilia Teichert at cteichert@nhchc.org
    3. Sign in to CloudCME: https://vumc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx (either on your phone or your desktop, Google chrome works best)
    4. Click on the orange “My CE” button, then click on “Evaluations & Certificates
    5. Click “Complete Evaluation” next to 2019 NHCHC Conference and Policy Symposium
      1. claim credit
      2. complete the evaluation
      3. credit will immediately appear on transcript and certificate

Participants should claim credit based on their participation time in 15 minute or .25 credit increments and should round to the nearest quarter hour as noted in the guide below.

PCI: 6 credits

Learning Lab: 3.5 credits

Keynote Speech: 1 credit

Facilitated Discussion: 1 credit

Workshop: 1.5 credits

Oral Presentation: 0.5 credits

*Posters are not accredited, and faculty may not claim credit as a participant for their own presentation.
