For this year’s Consumer Participation Outreach Survey, we will be asking how consumers feel about safety at their HCH Projects. The survey will be conducted at 9 sites, with each site interviewing at least 100 consumers before January 1, 2016. Below are the resources that you will need to complete this survey including the survey tool itself and training materials.
