Module 1: Course Introduction
This replay of a 3.5 hour session explores service delivery and policy concerns unique to HCH grantees, including those that are jointly funded with CHC, Migrant, and Public Housing projects.
The session was originally presented Wednesday, April 7, at 8:30 a.m. in the Twinbrook Room at the Office of Minority and Special Populations, Health Resources and Services Administration, Rockville, Maryland.

- Ask what participants already know about or believe to be current policy
- Discuss relevant law or regulation & best practices
- Discuss complications in the field, including common misinterpretations of policy
- Invite diads/triads to discuss actual experience in the field and how new knowledge will affect their performance

Module 8: Governance Requirements
Karen Rotondo, John Lozier, and Helena Weathers have a discussion on the important aspect of community ownership of HCH projects. They briefly discuss the barriers in creating a successful Consumer Advisory Board (CAB), and they give some examples of CAB issues and their solutions.

Module 9: Resources for Project Officers
During this part of the session Heather Rippetoe and John Lozier go over some of the resources available to the Project Officers at HRSA. They review different areas on the National Health Care for the Homeless Council’s website (www.nhchc.org) and tutor the audience on Moodle.
