Site Visits
Louisville 2016 will offer two unique site visits. Join us as we tour Family Health Centers, Inc. – Phoenix Health Care for the Homeless, Louisville’s only HCH program, and Family Health Centers, Inc. – Phoenix Respite Services, a 15-bed medical respite care facility.
Phoenix’s clinic serves 5,000 individuals through 30,000 visits each year both in its downtown clinic and through outreach at seven shelters and on the streets. Additionally, its medical respite facility provides people without homes with recuperative care with an on-site physician at the Wayside Christian Mission.
