Rise to the Challenge TogetherWednesday, October 4, 2017 |
The Health Care for the Homeless community is currently navigating many challenges. These include supporting very vulnerable people in housing, providing opioid treatment to those with significant addiction histories, and demonstrating the value of care in a changing and uncertain health care landscape. Leading organizations through these challenges to ensure comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care can be its own challenge as well.
Our day-long Fall Training Symposium is designed to bring together administrative leaders, clinicians, medical respite care providers, consumers, researchers, and others who are interested in learning more about how to navigate these challenges, connect with others doing this work to share best practices, and take home strategies to improve care.
Join us to learn and network with colleagues in this training complementing our members-only Leadership Summit on Homelessness & Health Care.
