Nonstop Wellness is a proprietary health insurance product that combines the benefits of a self-funded plan with the financial predictability of a fully-funded plan. By combining a major medical plan with the Nonstop Wellness program, nonprofits can gain greater control of their employer-sponsored health insurance spend while offering their workforce excellent health benefits. This is your opportunity to improve the quality of health benefits you offer to your nonprofit staff while saving money!
Nonstop Wellness makes access to primary care part of its health care strategy by reducing or eliminating employee out-of-pocket costs—without requiring a change of medical insurance carriers or cost-shifting to employees. Nonstop Wellness helped their clients reduce their premiums by more than $20 million in 2018 and saved their clients’ workforce more than $6 million in out-of-pocket costs.
